Peering
We are peered at TorIX, the Toronto Internet Exchange. Traffic between us and other Canadian networks hands off here in the city instead of routing through a foreign exchange and back. For anyone serving Canadian users, that is the shortest honest path there is.

Uplinks and ports
Multiple uplinks on 10 Gb networks, with 1 Gb to 10 Gb Ethernet ports at the rack. Routing is real: BGP sessions, your own ASN, IPv4 and IPv6, and VLANs where you need traffic separated. Bringing your own IP space or AS number is welcome and we will help you light it up.

Power
120V and 208V are both available, so a cabinet can take ordinary gear and the higher-draw machines without a workaround. For redundancy, add a B feed to your A feed on 20 A, 30 A or 60 A circuits; published prices include the A feed only, and the B feed is an add-on. Power and redundancy are built honestly for our stage, with room to grow. We do not publish a facility redundancy rating yet, and we would rather tell you exactly what is in place today than print a tier number.

Remote access
Every machine we hand you is reachable when its operating system is not: IPMI or out-of-band management as standard, and KVM-over-IP where the hardware supports it. You can power cycle, watch a boot, and mount media without waiting for anyone. When the metal itself needs a hand, the hand is in the building.

Our Toronto facility has direct connectivity into 151 Front Street West, the carrier hotel where Toronto’s major carriers and networks meet. If you need a private Layer 2 connection to a carrier, partner, TorIX, or another network in the building, we can extend that connection to your service and arrange the required cross-connect inside 151 on your behalf.
In practice, you can access the same connectivity ecosystem as if your equipment were located in 151 itself. Your hardware remains in our racks, while we handle the connection into the building and provide a single point of contact for support.

Security, and the parts we have not published
There is a sensible DDoS posture in front of the network, physical security at the facility, and careful data handling behind it. What there is not, yet, is a published document enumerating any of it. If your procurement needs specifics, ask an operator directly and you will get the real answer for the setup you are buying.
