Questions we actually get
Can I remotely access my colocated server?
Yes. We connect your hardware to our secure IPMI management network, accessible through our client portal. This gives you out-of-band access to the server's management interface, separate from your data network, so it works even when your OS or uplink is down.
Do I get console access to my server?
Where your hardware supports it, yes: full KVM-over-IP console access. You can see the BIOS, interact with the boot sequence, and recover from OS or configuration problems as if you were physically present in the facility.
What if my hardware does not support IPMI or KVM?
We will let you know during onboarding. For hardware without IPMI support, remote hands is available: our on-site team can perform reboots, cable swaps, and other tasks on your behalf.
What power options are available?
We offer both 120V and 208V power systems to accommodate a wide range of hardware. Our team will work with you to match the right circuit to your equipment.
What connectivity speeds do you support?
We support 1 to 10 Gbps Ethernet uplinks with SFP+ ports available for fibre connectivity. Talk to us about your throughput requirements and we will find the right fit.
Can I schedule a facility tour?
Absolutely, we encourage it. We want you to see your hardware's new home before you commit. Contact us and we will arrange a walkthrough at your convenience.
Is support really personal here?
Yes. You will have a dedicated contact who knows your environment. When something goes wrong at 2 AM, you are talking to someone who already knows your setup, not starting from scratch with a stranger.
